There is the bonekeeper, you take out a bone and IMPALE a guy by throwing it at him, a bit like grand javelin. There is a guy in layer 2 floor 2 you exhaust his dialogue (doesn’t matter what you pick) and then he lets you trade rare monster parts in the divers castle. I got this a day or two ago.
You might as well, it's a pretty decent mantra that can throw people off (also is incredibly good against multihit moves with successive prediction which 3 of the new monster mantras are). Main reason people don't use it more often is because they don't want to make any investment into intelligence.
